Parkour

Parkour is an Urban Acrobatic artform that focuses on developing skills such as Running, Jumping, Crawling, Balancing, Rolling, Climbing, Vaulting and Swinging to help with navigating everyday real world objects obstacles like walls, rails and trees.

We know the valley very well with over 19 years of parkour experience outdoors in Arizona jumping through Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert.

Parkour is great for building self confidence in your physical abilities, mental fortitude, presentness and how to work on problems at the appropriate level so you can succeed at overcoming them without over whelming yourself. It is also great for sport preparedness and agility training.

If you are a ninja warrior fan it is a great way to build the foundation skillsets for getting involved in ninja warrior training later one

We understand that it is much safer for you to learn how to do this in a structured environment with safety mats and progressions that are catered to the individual until you can take the training outside on your own time or in an outdoor class if you chose.
