A mixed level structured class where you can take class as an absolute beginner or intermediate practitioner. Classes are seperated by ages. If you are already an intermediate practitioner contact us to learn about our open practice.

We offer several different apparatuses in group class and 1 on 1 lessons as well

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks also called Aerial Fabrics is a hanging apparatus where the practitioner uses different wraps, knots, swings, climbing patterns and poses to create different sequences of strength and flexibility.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, also called Aerial Lyra, is a metal ring that is used to hang from, spin, and compose different transitions between elaborate beutiful shapes, rolls and regrips. We have classes for both beginners and intermediates on this apparatus.

If you plan to come to class you must contact us first so we can be ready for you and to make sure there is space available in class.

Please wear leggings and a t-shirt that you can tuck into your leggings because you may be upside down.
